Warwick House

Wimbledon, London

Design development and construction phase information services.

Contemporary composition taking good advantage of a south facing corner location executed using predominantly traditional construction techniques.

The building expresses horizontal set back elements balanced against flat vertical panels of warm red brick, emanating from a corner tower structure. These elements are balanced to create a strong and sedate appearance.

Deeply overhanging and climbing eaves generate interest through shadowing and cap the building elements to achieve a settled and complete composition.

The apartments have been efficiently arranged off a single stair with a passenger lift and the top floor provides two larger penthouse apartments with substantial roof terraces.

The result is a community of apartments that emulate gracious modern living.
