Nigel Buller has extensive and broad experience in architectural practice principally dealing with residential, commercial, industrial, retail, and hotel developments, and has controlled many schemes from the earliest concept sketches through planning, detail and construction stages.
Nigel is a designer and manager who believes in a strong team commitment to the whole development process and is dedicated to a pragmatic approach throughout the design and management of projects. He has a proven track record as a high-quality designer, and has had many years’ experience running offices and teams relative to large and small building contracts.
Nigel Buller also has considerable experience and personal involvement in negotiations with Planning Authorities both in large scale strategic issues, associated with master planning, and on many individual development proposals including dealing with listed buildings. He has also participated in public planning enquiries and appeals, including preparation of proofs of evidence and presentation at hearings.
